What type of chips are they using in that? Bioprocessors? If not yet, they will be. BTW, bioprocessors are made using human brain tissue, requires 100's of thousands of times less energy and are 100's, if not 1000's, of times faster. Skynet, by comparison, is a kindergarden art class.
Devil in the details. The plates aren't real plates, and the AI probably doesn't even live in the robot.
