took alot of resources but i was able to build this i recommend having a good farmer for supplies tame like what i used was a magma transferd from genisis to the island but there is other dinos you could use for gathering resources.
If collision is checked in sever settings, you can place items like small chests and ac units below and on top of tables should you try using them for high temp controlled required dinos like wyverns to save space. On official you would just have to use ceilings or catwalks.
Oh yeah for sure, we do that a lot for decoration purposes. Although I think it requires no clip to be on and all of my more recent builds I've been using official settings.
@@CHipZz I made a similar tower once for kibble where every floor had a ring of each kibble tier dino, facing outward with ramps toward the center to funnel dropped eggs down to the hatchery floor, but your method of hiding the AC units is far more eloquent than mine. Gives me ideas already!
To clarify, the AC were on a switch depending on whether I wanted to breed or make kibble. Then each side of the "Circle" branched off into separate cooking stations for each tier of kibble. One of my favorite builds that now i feel i need to update.

i like it, but one thing i would have changed is the cabling, I would have put it in the stone foundation below and not using the flex cables, you can see them popping out of the building

This is amazing BUT it won’t let me build the ceiling between the Dino gates. I’m playing on PS4, is there any way to cheat so to disable building restrictions?
not sure if not having the greenhouse parts yet would matter but the entire build is insulated and powered and it still doesnt hatch the Valguero only dinos eggs.
Not having the roof on will lower your insulation a little bit which can affect hatching.. Do you live somewhere really cold? If you live somewhere colder you will need a few more than 12 HVACs but there is plenty of room to fit more.
The deinonychus is one of the most demanding eggs to hatch. I went to an area that was 8 degrees Celsius and I needed I wanna say 20 ACs in order to hatch it.. So depending on the temperature of your base you may need a few more.. The reason I used 12 in the video is because that is what people say most eggs will hatch with. But again there is certainly space in those rooms to get 20 AC units down.
@@BlackOpsBoyKills there are some eggs that need more than 14 ACs. But there is plenty of room to add more behind the doors. Just add more until it begins incubating.

Can you please help? I built in the chalk hills area in valguero where the temperature isn't even the littlest bit hot or cold but the deinonychus eggs still say too cold, what do I do??
For the deinonychus you will need I believe a total of 22 ACs.. The 16 I used in the video is just the generic number for most eggs but there are a few eggs that need more. Just add some more in each room until it says it's incubating.

Every time I go to try and add the stone ceiling, it keeps saying "can't place stone ceiling here: is obstructed" I tried finding the flattest ground possible, on Rag btw, and it's not working... would someone be able to try and possibly give me some ideas as to what I'm doing wrong?
If you are hosting the server yourself then go to the host/local menu the. On general tab go all the way down and look for “Disable Structure Placement Collision and make sure its checked and done you are good to build it now.

There are a few things that cannot be done on official settings. Unfortunately at the time I made this video I was using a lot of unofficial techniques where as now I make all my builds 100% official friendly. But most of the build will still work, it's just some of the small details that won't. There are some comments down below that mention what might not work.
I didn't test it without a roof but I believe you need a roof to get the hvacs to work properly. You could try building it up without the roof first and if it doesn't work then add the roof.
Hey, are you by chance playing on official? Unfortunately the trick to create an archway on the gateframe only works if you have no-clip enabled. You can still place the gateframe you just wont be able to place that ceiling at the 3 high point and make the archway look. My apologies, I play strictly with no-clip enabled as I just feel it really helps get better quality builds done.
Yeah unfortunately any of the little details where you clip structures together won't work on official. I'll try to do better in future videos pointing out parts that won't work on official.

It’s good but you need to realize that on maps that you try are not gonna fucking work except for wherever this map is built so dude if I were you I would test it on any other map before you go in to the map you’re using right now but other than that good video

Yeah so I did a little more testing. I went somewhere a little colder and I did end up having to put down more HVACs.

Yeah the amount of AC I put in the video is just enough for basic eggs.. If a certain egg isn't hatching simply add some more.

Yeah it should work. Just place pillars under the regular ceilings you will use
I don’t know why but I can’t use a foundation piece for the sloped roof at the top because there’s apparently no snap points

Dumb question, how do you use it, how do you set the timp to keep the eggs warm or does it just do it on it's own, I am still using torches
AC units do it automatically, you don't need to set anything. Just have enough ACs. I think the max you should need is 22 for Rock Drake eggs.

No boosted settings but idk how settings affect hatching besides speed
I thought you were talking about the build. For the hatching, some eggs may require more than 12 ACs. That is just the generic number. But there is plenty of space to fit more.
It’s good but you need to realize that on maps that you try are not gonna fucking work except for wherever this map is built so dude if I were you I would test it on any other map before you go in to the map you’re using right now but other than that good video
I'm not sure what you mean by it won't work on any other map? Are you talking about it won't work as a hatchery, or are you saying you won't be able to build it?
