Ok you have to get your head around this. The word map you see today ,wasn’t like that 5000 years ago. (According to YEC)It was called Pangea . The land hadn’t split. Even though tectonic plates move extremely slow and took over 300 million year to get to where it is today.They say it split after the flood. If this was true the sea would boil. Drifting a bit here but they basically say all the animals made it just by being summoned by there god. Can you imagine this rubbish is still believed by grown ups in the year 2022.

My mom, sister and I recently visited it. While there, we got some rain and thunder so had good sound affects of what Noah and his family may have heard. It was very interesting and an educational experience.
Yes, and I took my kids to the Christmas show with Santa and the reindeers. Also very educational.
Been there we loved it . we pulled in early morning and it was foggy when we could finally see it emerging from the fog it was so real and majestic.

I think there is nowhere else in the world where you can see the actual size and scale of the Ark like you can with the Ark Encounter. Thank you Ken Ham and AIG for your vision. I visited some years ago, and it was awesome!
So cool to see the actual (scale model) size of Noah's ark. The exhibits in the ark were fantastic on every level, and I enjoyed it a lot. I had a good idea that the ark was big beforehand, but this gave me a real-life perspective on just how large it really was.
Meh the Hebrew word translates to box and there are too many windows....so unless noah just didn't do as directed it's wrong.
@222ableVelo, but was Noah told to build only 1/2 of an Ark, substituting office buildings on the back side? Was Noah told to set up gift shops around the perimeter to suck up shekels from those that were about to be drown? No? Then why has Ken?
Of course, you do realize that eight people would not be able to build a 500 foot long, 50 foot tall ship within their lifetimes, having little to no force-multiplying tools, such as cranes or block and tackles? Noah's flood story is just that; a story meant to teach a lesson not a literal event. The bible is filled with allegorical stories with lessons implied. Noah's flood story is no different.
This religious myth is rediculious at face value. There is no way that some number of animals could leave any ark at one geographic location just several thousand years ago, magically transport themselves across oceans, (such as kangaroos and echidnas returning to Australia) and leave behind no offspring along the way. Then have a single family of middle easterners repopulate the planet AND generate the various phenotypes such as African blacks, Scandinavians, eastern Asians, Latinos, Inuits, pacific islanders, Aborigines, Pygmies, Mongols, Native Americans, etc AND populate the corners of the globe with completely different languages and cultures that don't have any references to said religious myth. It is jaw dropping that adults can fall for such an obvious children's story.

Some of my family members visited the ark with me in September, 2019. It had a profound effect on all of us. It made the story of Noah's Ark come alive. Thank you so much for your faithfulness in spreading the word of God through this amazing evangelistic experience.

My daughter took me to see this a few weeks ago. It is absolutely amazing. Brings Noah's accomplishment to life. It was a bit crowded, but it was the weekend before Easter. Also the creation museum was awesome also. But the Ark was the best. Wish my father the carpenter was alive to see this.
I can't wait to take my grandkids to see this! Someday...God willing.

Planning a trip for this summer! I have wanted to go for awhile. A friend and mentor of mine donated the Kune kune pigs to the museum.
Long time ago my BF went on a camping trip and i stayed home to take care of dogs and puppies that were only a few days old. That night it started to rain and the mother dog started into a panic and i saw that water was puddling up around where this very large dog house was and the puppies were. I went to the neighbors to get help to move the dog house as the rain was just pouring down and water rising up. The neighbor came over and saw and said we could not move the dog house but we could divert the water so we got shovels and did the best we could and it worked but later ask my BF to help me move the dog house becuz of the danger, he said no, i ask his friends and they said no so i raised up my hands in frustration and said God help me and pushed and the dog house easily moved, just too easy, i could hear rocks underneath and i pushed it up into a higher ledge maybe a 45 degree angle?? It was higher land but it moved sooo easy it was a miracle. It took less than a minute to move it, just tooo easy. Later the neighbor ask me how i got that dog house moved and i told him what happened and he just stared at me like i was nuts, but that is what happened. With God instructing Noah how to build i wonder if he was helping also??

Its ok if they think you are, a smiliar thing happened with me after praying for wisdom and knowledge about my relationship. I kept getting videos about making a prayer closet, I made a prayer book along with setting up the prayer closet and discovered my boyfriend's betrayal when I was about to use a binder already full of paper because I was lazy.
@Bettybop49, you could also have just moved the dogs into the garage or basement instead of frittering away one of a small handful of miracles that God doles out to the faithful. Remember that the next time a loved one dies of cancer.

Instead, you should take them to the Smithsonian Museum of Natural History or the Chicago Field Museum. BOTH have extensive displays and evidence for evolution over millions of years. It too bad a religious theme park is the best "museum" you have in mind. Very sad.

Seeing is believing
I went to the Ark Encounter during the fall of 2020, and it was beyond amazing! I highly recommend it to anyone traveling in that area.
I would truly love to go to this. It’s important to understand how religious fundamentalists view the world, and the increasing number of hoops they have to jump through in order to continue believing what they do.
When your desire to believe something is so strong that you are willing to ignore facts, it’s time to rethink what you believe.
RIGHT, and I also recommend going to Disney to see Peter Pan's ride and Cinderellas Castle. They are all about as equally factual a story. Enjoy them all!

My family visited the ark and we loved it. This ark is absolutely awesome I was totally blown away at its size. To know that Noah and his sons built such a colossal size ship you have to know that GOD directed them. You must see for your self.😃😃👍👍❤️❤️

Whereas in the time of Solomon their lifespans were 70-80 years. It says so in pslams 90.

@Gary Allen My cousin built a car and tractor museum himself. It is gigantic! He sawed all the logs into lumber himself (with a little hired help). He framed, roofed and finished it himself with a few laborers that helped him. The project took 10 years or so. God designed the ark. Noah and sons and hired help took 120 years to build the ark. It was a great accomplishment made possible by God. Your use of the word "wacky" is not merited nor accurate.

There's an Indian farmer in Bihar state that carved a road out of a mountain to help his fellow villagers reach town in a couple of hours instead of a day's journey. All he had was a hammer and a chisel. It took him thirty years but he did it. There was a movie made about his achievement.
