I have struggled with AGAFS my entire life and it definitely stems from low self esteem. I always knew that it was stupid and I hated feeling that way but I had no idea how to stop caring. For me, that little voice that always tells you “You can’t do this..” “They’re not gonna like you...” “Check our their body language, they HATE you...” was always really dominant. I’m 24 now and it’s been a long process, but SLOWLY and SURELY, that voice has finally started shutting up. And it’s because I’m learning to live in my truth. I think when you start living your truth regardless of what people think, you will overcome AGAFS. It’s a process though! Took me 24 years to figure it out! Now I give ZERO all the time. It’s so FREEING!!!

I feel that whole relatives asking "when are you going to date? When will you get married? Etc etc" that shit is always annoying and stressful because you being on your own timeline just doesn't work for them. So now I do my best to avoid that question whenever I'm around certain relatives.

Hey great video David! Sure wish I saw this and few years back it would've been super helpful but it's all good still. Personally I think the reason why others give too much fucks about unnecessary things is because they simply don't have enough going on in their lives atm in addition to just needing to grow up a little bit.
