I think Oden's Eye makes the most beautiful, aesthetically inspiring, well rounded palettes in the make up space. Which is why it is so heartbreaking that they did not keep the Christmas collection around and have enough in stock to last at least through November. If I'm not mistaken it was sold out in October. I wanted those 2 palettes so badly but when I finally had the finances together to purchase them, they were gone! Now I truly know the meaning of FOMO, and it sucks!

Hela is hands down my favourite palette from this year. It was my first Oden’s Eye product and I jumped on Solmåne because, after trying their quality, I knew for sure I wouldn’t be disappointed, and that colour story is the pastel-but-not palette of my dreams.
Yes, I got the Holiday limited edition palettes. And now I HAVE to be on a no-buy.
I feel honestly sad that Hela is being discontinued, because I fervently believe Hela is an all-in-one palette that can be used as a neutral palette, a spring palette, a winter/grungy palette… it has it all and, for me, deserved a place in their permanent collection. I know things aren’t that simple, but hey, I’m just a little someone leaving an opinion in a comments section 😅
I fell in love with Oden’s Eye when I got their first mystery box for my 1st purchase. I think all their eye palettes are good & the packaging is beautiful too, I sometimes don’t want to ruin the pans by using them they’re so beautiful. I sometimes just take my palettes out just to look at !!! 😄 Yes I have a problem (or126!!)😅💜💜💜💜💜

I agree with your top picks! The Solmåne 2, Hela and the Merry Christmas palettes are my favorite palettes in my collection. They pair so nicely together too. Oden's Eye has become one of the few brands that I buy from on release (as long as the colors suit me of course), because I know they won't let me down.

Yay, Angie's advent calendar is here! I'm SUPER bummed I missed the Oden's Eye Christmas Eve palette, I kinda was hoping they'd have it until Xmas. I might finally get the big Norns palette and Urd tho, I absolutely love Norns in lore and I've been debating getting those since launch.
Angie, I love your palette! I picked it up on the second restock ! It’s amazing and I just received my Christmas palettes in the mail 2days ago. They are beautiful and I can’t wait to use them.. Tried it on the last BF when I bought Anette's palette and immediately fell in love with the formula, that's why I bought the Hela on the launch day. I wish I did the same with these holiday palettes :( I'm truuulyyy sad that I missed them.

So I always wanted to have the solmane II Palette but I wasn’t sure whether I like it or not and the shipping is really pricey. So today I had the perfect excuse for ordering. I bought the solmane and the cats breath (this one was kind of spontaneous 🙈) with your code. And I also ordered your Hela palette 😬 tbh I don’t like green or yellow eye shadows because of my neutral to slightly olive undertone (maybe I will, who knows 😅 gonna find out soon) BUT I am sooo excited to try out the river and the double sided shades (and basically the lower 2 rows) 🥰 your palette was 27€ for me if I try to buy a duo or a multichrome eyeshadow in Germany I would probably have to pay about 9-17€ at lethal cosmetics per shade which is like the price for your whole palette. 🙊 yes it’s hard to get budget friendly multichromes or any chromes in Germany. I almost bought the pat McGrath moonlit seduction for 125€ (thank god it’s not available in Germany so far) just because I was in love with that duochrome shade of hers but I’ve heard your shade is very similar and even prettier so I obviously went for the o.g. shade 😇 and it’s kind of nice to support a beauty UA-camr who isn’t always loving every single product and who is kind of on a low buy (even though I would love to hear your opinion on Mario’s new palette, like is it really that bad? don’t wanna buy it- just curious) I feel like the Beaty community on UA-cam is a little bit too obsessed with tons and tons of products. I also feel like a hand full of them are a little bit ingenuous (they probably don’t realize themselves) but really - how many neutral brown eyeshadow palettes can you have and still be excited for every single one of them without lying to yourself? I don’t know 🤷🏻♀️ they have about 50, 70 they’ve already decluttered this month and 3 new ones are ordered. I realized the more I watch those channels the more I want to buy new eye shadow palettes/makeup in general that I already have. And it’s just not healthy for me or my wallet. A few new things are ok but I don’t need a new foundation every month while none of mine is finished yet 🙊😅

Merry Christmas is glorious! I haven't made an eye look I don't like and some uploaders are super creative. My favourite is the lady who used the sage green matte with the berry duochrome shimmer 🥰 It was yummy. I'm totally taking it with me when I travel to see family next month

I am very happy with Odens Eye's shipping cost AND they added extra bubble wrap. The only palettes I own are the Cats breath one, and Hela.I love them! I did buy the brush set, it is good quality.

100% tried odens eye because of you, got the hella and norns palettes at the same time and ooooh my lord. AMAZING, I used the metallic black in your palette and the silver in the norns for my halloween makeup and I felt like a queen👸🏻 I haven’t been able to pick up any more but I will 100% because I am so in love with this formula. Definitely one of the best out there.

I have yours, Annette's and Solmane 2. I love all three. The Solmane 2 made me want to gift along my other rainbow palettes because they lack the light to dark range of that one.

The only one I own is Alva II, and honestly I don’t like it that much, so I’m kind of glad to see that it’s on the lower end of the ranking. That means there are other palettes that I could enjoy more.
I can't wait to pick up some more of the solmane 2 blushes and highlighters!! I looooove their topper shades to add a little twinkle to any eye look. I reach for them daily!! Even when I'm already wearing other brand's shimmers...

So I just want to pipe in and recommend the lipsticks. I have all the formulas in most of the colors. I would say definitely the bullet ones if you dont like liquid lips. I am a pretty deep skin tone and all the colors show up and are interesting tones. I also love the mirrors in the solmane collection and I think it would be a great gift. Plus I'm a viking movie and TV series lover so I like the fact every thing says odens eye on it.

Is Oden’s eye a better brand of eyeshadow than Juvia’s? I’m trying not to support Juvia’s Place anymore ever since the controversy. Looking for a good indie brand.
It crushes me that oe decided to make the Christmas palettes le 😭 They make my fav packaging ever & my fav mattes in a palette. I know I would've adored both palettes. 😮💨 My current fav oe palette is the solmane 2 but I love all of my oe palettes. Hela is excellent, giant wolves, hummingbird, norns, cat with the golden carriage (I have so many more lol) are all outstanding. I hope we see them come out with the highlight shade salamander as a single!
I have almost every palette from Oden’s Eye. With them I really started my makeup journey as they were the first to prove me that eyeshadows can be really colorful & high quality. I’d also say that Hela palette is my favorite out of all of them since it has a strong green vibe and green is my favorite color + imo, it well represents Spring season, which is my favorite. I remember that the color story was revealed, I indeed thought - I don’t care who’s the influencer behind this, I’m buying it. 😃
I also think that both Hela & Solmåne II palettes are perfectly aligning with each other. Got my hands as well on Christmas palettes, even tho I’m not a fan of Christmas. 😃 But they are amazing, and I’m also a fan of Merry Christmas a bit more than the other. 😅 But they’re all beautiful, and deffo great to work with! I’m happy every time I use them! ♥️
So glad I picked up the Christmas palette! It’s the mix of color and neutral that I wanted the Natasha Denona Zendo to be but much more impactful in sparkly it’s prob one of my fav palettes❤

I'm so happy I got the Christmas Eve, and Merry Christmas palettes. I've been using them a few weeks and their so amazing. I honestly love all of my Oden's Eye palettes. I typically only own one palette from each brand, but Oden's Eye is the exception.
The mini palettes are the palettes I love from afar. I have the Urd, and I love it… but I kinda forget about it in my pile of green palettes. The Alva palette is so pretty, but I agree their formula has improved because the performance of the Hela and Solmane II palettes is like night and day! The Alva is my comfort palette, I trust it and I’m happy to have our time together but it will retire eventually and I’m okay with that.
I really wish that they would deepen the range for blushes. If they did that I would be purchasing the blushes from the solmane 2 collection😩
Yeah I thought that was strange that the majority of the new blushes were so light & either pink or orange. Even the first blushes they did were mostly on the pink or orangey side. Little jasmine is probably the exception it being a kind of neutral shade but not very deep.

So I came here to see where you put Alva because I tried using it AGAIN, but think I may have a dud since I have to really dig in to get ANY color... which is surprising given how so may love it. So I have to believe it's a defective one somehow. BUT, I had to write to see if you or ANYONE noticed this. Your eye colors go green to grey to blue literally like an optical illusion in this video!! I hope you come back to read this. It's crazy!! I've never seen that with you (or anyone) as obviously changing back and forth back and forth-- must be those particular colors. Anyway, take care.

I think when you stack your code it wont be 40 + 10 = 50% off, but it will be 40% off and then 10% off that price So it is going to be less! I think that is usually how companies do codes. Just so no one gets confused! If Odens eye has said they do it differently then ignore this. Love your videos and the Hela palette! Almost tempted to buy the solmåne but I know I dont need it :)

I dragged my feet on the Merry Christmas and am so sad it sold out. I should have anticipated that and jumped. It is so beautiful! I have the Solmane II so I don’t feel as sad about the Christmas Eve one. But that Merry Christmas - gut punch.

I do appreciate the ranking with palettes that you can no longer purchase as it lets us all know your true loves. Oden’s Eye has become one of my favorite brands over the last year! I got the Giant Wolves palette as a gift last year, then bought the Hela palette and the Solmåne II palette, as well as one of the blushes & highlighters. The quality of all of these products is just incredible! I can’t wait to see what else they come out with in the future!
I totally agree with you in that their formula just keeps improving. As a lover of Norse mythology and colorful makeup (and supporting indie brands) I'm so excited for their future releases!
The mattes in the two holiday palettes have blown me away. These are the best mattes they have ever done because Every Single shade is super pigmented even the lighter shades. I am so in love with them the shiners are super fantastic as well but I find myself using the with other mattes in my collection to get more toned down looks. Together though the mattes and shiners in these palettes will give you very hyped up looks for festiveness and merry making. I can't choose between the cool or warm palette as favorite As they both are so darn good!!!! I do need them to give us better blushes for deeper skin tone and I have a hard time finding swatches of the Solmane highlighters on deep deep skin so I feel like I am buying blindly she. I go to pick up a coupleof these up during the BFsale. This brand does keep getting better so I have minor criticisms😀
Okay random but are you wearing 2 different colored contacts? If not, that is really cool to see how the 2 different eye shadow colors brings out the green in your eye on one side and the blue on the other side. Love the look! And can't wait to shop the Odens Eye sale from your link! 😉💙💚
I just got my first palette from them, it's the Alva II Sky palette since I just wanted a cute mini one for now. I wanted to get the Chistmas palettes but they were sold out :( I'll be waiting eagerly for their next release and I hope I'll be able to get it this time!!

I'm a super colourful and bold makeup user, like yourself, but honestly Judy's Dragon Palette is the best out if the 3 collab palettes. The looks I can make with it are the perfect balance between colourful unique yet slightly neutral. I don't know what it is about Annette's and Tina's but they never feel easy to use. I don't know why I always feel like the look I wanted to create goes wrong or just different from plan

I#m still stinky about the christmas palettes. If they would have at least told us that the second pre-oder was the last one. I know they can’t sit on these palettes and the demand was way stronger than last year but it just bums me out.
