Revisiting this in July 2022 and reminded how relaxing and informative these series were...bring this back, Stacked. This was the biggest determinant in subscribing to this channel from NYC. Have worked in a shophouse before and been to a couple of shophouses but nothing like this shophouse - it feels super big. The owners did an excellent job. Very artistic. Great play of colours. Able to maintain a personal feel. Love it.

Structurally minimalist, but when sprinkled with soft decors and furniture, an eye for exquisite details, it is such a lovely work to be seen and have in Singapore. Lovely. I would have a waterfall. I would have liked more windows. I would want the laundry inside the house. Maybe closer to the bedrooms. I love the clam flooring. Does the guest room have a bathroom? I would like to see the roof top terrace when it is completed.

This is the second house in the Joo Chiat series that I've seen and fallen in love with. I'd do ANYTHING to live in a beautiful area and property like this one but I'm a broke college kid lmfao.
I enjoyed most of the furniture choices, but if this were my home, I would need some color. My favorite part of this video was the lush greenery on the sidewalk, outside the entryway. It was the first time I’ve seen fiddleleaf fig trees growing so well in its natural environment. I’ve killed about 4 of those plants, trying to grow them indoors. Their home was the only one on the block that had an outside oasis, before you put the key in the door.
My jaw dropped numerous times whilst watching this. Drop dead gorgeous , shophouse style.. what a dream
