Nice finds! 🌟 Love the tiny bottles and the pink sunburst bottle. Thanks for the day out Nicole and Craig. Someday you’ll have to show us your collections. ❤ xxoo
Thanks so much! The sunburst bottle is a talcum powder bottle we were told :) Showing our collection - oh that could be an entire series!! xoxo Thanks so much Sissi
When I was a little girl many years ago my mum and dad bought me a Dubarry set in a pink box and when you opened the bos the lid was lined in pink satin all roushed up. There was talc in a bottle like the one you found and a soap and bath cubes. I kept the box for ages as it was so beautiful.
I've just searched and (think) I found the same or very similar set to the one you describe! Thank you so much for shedding light on that - I hope it brought back some good memories.
Oh Nicole, I do love the children's mug. I'm afraid if you millipodge it, the crack will become pronounced and separate more. I suppose I'd just make a pretty pair of earrings. The bigger mug is gorgeous, and I'm loving all those bottles. Greetings from the U.S.A.🎉
I haven't yet decided if I can get myself to cut the mug up... I find it easier if it's just a broken shard! We had such a lovely time there .... with great finds
Thanks for the HP Sauce explanation I always wondered what HP meant.Your other finds were cool also looking forward to next week Karl from eastern Canada
My favourite is the blue coffin poison bottle. It would be neat to fashion into a kaleidoscope but I think the glass would have to be clear on the bottom. Have you ever done Kintsugi (join with gold) to any broken ceramics or glass (not suggesting for the broken child’s mug, that’s a big chunk missing!)?
I tried cutting a part of a poison bottle out of a shard, but it just cracked.... there are so many tension lines within the glass... I might be able to smooth the top though! We have a video out with a kintsugi spongeware bowl - I think from around 1 year ago :)
@@scottishmudlarking sure you have alot idea of creatives for project with crafts. You can sell it with your creative the bottle glass, battery glass, etc. Like events halloween, thankgivings, christmas, etc. People would love take it. 🙂
@@scottishmudlarking yes you can practice and experience know how make it. People would love take smallest glass bottles, or beads that they can make their own creative decorations for their room. 🙂

Замечательное место, такие интересные находки! Поздравляю!
Thank you so much! It's an amazing place indeed :)
The sponge ware rose mug is a great find. I'm still hoping Craig finds a #1 Bovril. :-)
It's def my find of the year that mug!! That 1oz Bovril will find Craig, when it's time... that's what I believe :)
You can pull old battery out from glass, you can make a project that. 🙂
Soo many amazing project ideas at bottledumps indeed :)

Think you will find that the toilet pull is a old saucepan handle.
The diameter of the hole would suggest it was a very small saucepan... it's just thick enough to put a thick string through it...
@@scottishmudlarking you could be right I could be wrong just you don’t see very many old ones with no words or marks on.
Broken Glass can turn into beads or smallest bottles. You will learned how to do. 😊
Yes with the right equipment, like torches, kiln and workshop any glass can be made into beads :)
