Nyquil with the alcohol in it gets me right everytime. I get it from target. I actually get their brand. It does put you to sleep though. Also vapor rub, has a stick that u can stick up your nose it will open you right up.

When you get in the shower have it as hot as you can stand it and let the hot water hit your chest so the steam and water can open up your nostrils so that you can breathe better.
