When u are surrounded by and Share major water bodies with countries like Congo , u need your navy razer sharp . Some attracts do happen on Ugandan soil like the South African tourist who was killed and some other random attacks on civilians , most of those rebels from Congo pass through them lakes deep in the nights
@@Plantationnursery525 maybe not submarines and destroyers but they do have patrol boats and fast assault boats maybe a few landing crafts but not things like aircraft carries.
