Mullet are definitely a challenge. Spent many a day fishing for them and failing. But sometimes it paid off with some cracking fish. Fickle feeders for sure. Worth while crisis to have. 🧔 👍
Great video as always Tommy and mullet are a pain in the ar$e to catch and I've only ever caught one. I have never fished for them as the stress would kill me lol. On another note which I don't expect you to comment on but the spearfisherman is back and taking another 7lb bass from Anglesey. Locals are commenting but he doesn't seem to care and has an answer for everything saying he's not affecting stocks. 7lb bass can be 10 years old or more and if he takes 3-4 of them a year while enticing others to Anglesey to do the same isn't good. I'll let you read the comments but I'm dying to stick my nose in but the Mrs tells me to leave it but I can't for much longer. That fish may have been hooked 3-4 times in it's life but we let it go while he just takes it and bigger because the hunt is more challenging so he says. Enough of a rant and thanks for putting another video out for us it's appreciated buddy. I know you have a UA-cam channel and I don't want you putting someone else's down so no worries about commenting.
@anthonyjones2465 thank you for watching and commenting. The biggest trouble I find with UA-cam is we all get painted with the same brush I do what I do to try and inspire people to fish especially the younger generation. My biggest challenge this last 18 months is keep my mouth closed and trying to be the nice person 24hr a day it's quite dragging in all honesty and at times makes me feel like giving in on the channel but I enjoyed interaction with the majority of good people and actually enjoy supporting youngsters I give vouchers every month to and it's fantastic just to see them happy
I totally understand Tommy and you do a fantastic job running your channel and I always read other peoples comments too. I really love it when they tell you how to handle fish and give you tips lol and I'm sure you are chewing your tongue reading them lol. I didn't expect you to voice your opinion anyway as it wouldn't be right with you having your own channel but thanks for replying. I don't know if you've watched the video but he's actually walking miles to some locations and not far from some of your marks. Great videos and underwater footage and my only objection is the size of bass he's taking. You really do set the standards as far as fish welfare goes and teaching youngsters and newbies how to fish Tommy and you do it with a smile on your face. Keep it up buddy it really is great having a local with the same mindset doing this and also with the whole family joining in, your Dad really would be proud.
