Just poured a cup of coffee, and this clicks in? Happy days!
Lol same here , just sat down with my coffee and bam this comes on lol nice one ..
Same for me.
Hahaha, too true. With me it might be a beer depending on the time of day.
Ha!! Same here- AND I'm wearing a Nekkid Watchmaker woman's tee! Navy with fluro print. LOVE IT!
“Think I need a bigger crown” 😂 so nice to see you back 👍
Thanks ray
You are AWESOME!! I love the way you allow your child to help out.
I watch … go to the bathroom lol and let the commercials play out. Btw… there is nothing on tv worth watching and that’s why I watch UA-cam and I am so grateful I found your channel. Your humor and editing is the best. Thank you for sharing your gift. You’re amazing.
Thanks Jodi
The loveliest man on UA-cam does it again , love the doctor hook " when your in love with a beautiful woman " . Thanks do much for the new video .xxx
Lol thanks Glynn
I used to watch other watch channels but seeing how you deal with your children, and even allowing them into a video, even though they don’t understand that part fully yet, mealts my heart. I remember bringing my children into my offices and spending hours downloading songs snd movies and watching and listening. But most importantly making memories for me now that they are gone off to make their marks in this world. You have earned a life long follower. Thank you.
Thank you 🙏
I simply cannot wait to show this clip of you prepping the new mop to my wife; she's a hairdresser and will loose her mind, thinking of using her precision tools for this. Lovely!
You made yet another tired, beaten and faded old ticker beautiful again. Sweeeeet.
Came for a watch repair, stayed for the cracking humor 😂😂😂 Great job!
The best watchmaker series on YT, love the style and goofing around and those restorations are magnificent.
Thanks david
There is something cathartic about watching this.
I saw Nekkid and went right away to the subscribe button. Who'd have though now I'm binge watching watch restoration videos?
Great way to start a Sunday Morning, New upload of a horological genius in action. 👏👏👏👌
Thanks Ed
Stunning timepiece, music, commentary and input from the little intruder. Love your videos
There isn't a button for liking this vlog a second time, so I'll just put it in the comments. I watched it again, saw some things I don't remember seeing so, that's a win. Nice one Nekkid, as always.
Simply put, you make me smile and laugh and you have a very plesent voice. That and I like to learn new things. Having you engage the children is outstanding as well. Stay safe.
You are so talented, I’m always totally amazed watching your work. The plain leather strap was the most beautiful choice, you’ve got great taste! Your sense of humor is so entertaining and your little one too. Thanks so much for your wonderful episode!
Thanks nena
Your family in the background, especially your young padawan, always makes your videos special. Much love and gratitude to the master.
Thanks mate
I love the ingenuity of children. He's how old and has the wits to suggest using the electric hair clippers out of the blue. I sit in many meetings with adults only able to focus on the issue instead of the solution. also I love how the watches look like new at the end. I know a lot of people like to preserve the wear and patina on old watches during restorations, but personally enjoy when these watches magically go back in time to the moment when an enthusiastic individual was feeling the excitement of wanting to purchase it when seeing it in the store's window or presented on a velvet display tray inside. Thank you for your genuine videos without overly edited footage, and the fun bits added with your son. Great work!!
I truly never gave much thought to watches… I put them on, take them off,go to the jewelry store to replace the battery. But as I have watched your videos for a couple of years I find myself gasping at the mistreatment of beautiful watches, cleaning my fitness tracker from wrist gunk (while keeping a previous meal where it belongs), and appreciating the amazing perfection of even inexpensive time pieces. And at some point I think what a great skill you have. Many blessings to you, the ‘Accountant’ and of course your apprentice.
That’s a lovely watch. Reminds me of my Mum.
Such a lovely movement, but such small screws! Your skills are brilliant. Your patience working on the hands was very enjoyable. The stop motion sections are cool too. Congratulations on your new investment.
Thanks hargoni
If my aunt hadn't been in love with Piaget watches then I would have never heard of the brand. She owned a Piaget for every occasion, some were quiet elegant. When I was a youth, the luxury brands were Omega and Rolex. Brands such as Baum Mercier and Concord were around. My first watch in high school was a Mido Ocean Star, a most durable watch that was lost in a repair shop, never to be found.
It is your humor and humbleness as much as your technical skill that keeps me glued to UA-cam waiting for your videos! Thank you for sharing!
Lovely to see you as a skilled, well equipped, humorous watch repairer.
Thank you!
I watch the less skilled, less equipped people as well, and have accumulated a few pieces of equipment for opening watches, changing glass faces, changing straps, and maybe disassemble / reassemble a watch or two. No big money being invested, but it is fun to learn and practice...
Well worth the wait, great watch restoration as always, I’m sure the Accountant would be happy wearing it ! Stay safe and keep the content coming
Thanks Darren
I love you videos right down to the jokes, family "interruptions", off key singing, and oh yes Homer Simpson. I know nothing about watches, and cannot imagine trying to fit one of those small screws, or springs in place.
I’m cracking up here 🤣🤣🤣.
Knowledgeable, talented, patient and FUNNY. It doesn’t get any better than that!
Piaget grande maison d'orologerie.Good working👍👍
I just build race motors. This is definitely next level! What a beautiful watch you brought back to life!! I lost the use of my hands now;. So it's wonderful to watch a person like you work with such precision. This is the third video of years I have watched. Thank you very much!
Wow a stop animation… your video is getting better and better. And congratulations on getting a new toy. ;)
Thank you for the humor and entertainment. 😊
I love watching these videos which is amusing because I'm not a watch person. I own 1 watch that was a 15-year anniversary gift from the company I worked for. I've worn it once. This watch is absolutely positively magnificent. I think if I had a watch like that I might actually wear it
I’d like to see how they make those small parts, especially those tiny screws.
Nowadays using a cnc mill but in the olden days, they used round metal stock and very small lathe machines and gear hobbers. Sometimes stampings.
Good God ! I have been wondering that as well !!
@@abdulmsiddiqui4344 : Thanks for putting me out of misery ! 👍🏾
@@Not_really the jewels are a lot more difficult to manufacture, check out traditional watchmaking on UA-cam
Beautiful!! I can't put into words the level of respect I have for you and your craft. Simply sublime. Great work, please keep the videos coming 👍👍
Thanks Peter
Jeez! What a beautiful piece!! Magnificent job as usual!!
Boom!! Monday Morning Blues Alleviated. NEKKID has a new Toy (Investment) The Accountant might allow him back into the marital bed and Trouble wants to make a boomerang out of a mobile phone! Love It!
Lol
8:30 Sunday morning, a quiet house, coffee and donuts, The Nekkid Watchmaker on my phone --- it doesn't get much better. Thank you for contributing to the start of a great day. 👍
Thanks mate
The sound effects and the reflection of you dancing while the cleaner was running made me laugh.
Hehe
@@NekkidWatchmaker More Content *PLEASE* I came to your channel because I enjoy watchmaking but it's become my favourite channel because of your personality and the fun of your family life...... Trouble "can I have your phone?" Joe "Why do you want my Phone?" Trouble "I want to make a boomerang!!!" PERFECT SENSE!
Keep treating yourself! It only makes the content better 😎
That poor watch looked very sad before you worked your magic again. Lovely restoration. 👍🏻
Lovingly restored, a true delight of a movement and so much more elegant than the current trend of strapping pocket watches on our wrists.
What a delightful movement. Thank you for sharing! - I know when dealing with our household Minister of War and Finance, there are always diplomatic approaches when submitting requests for new tool(toy) acquisitions. If the requests are not submitted in the appropriate manner the wife, I mean Minister, can easily re-distribute funds that I would have allocated for such tools.
Lol
“I want to make a boomerang” that was great 👍
I love the history of the watch companies you give. Your channel is terrific!
Amazing. The tiny parts! The end result is fantastic. Great to watch, as always.
I love the way the parts you work with make the "smallish" things I make look so HUGE. I enjoyed the work on the hands best of all.
I’m a retired Horseshoer and know exactly nothing about watches but I really enjoy your videos. You’re a wonderful father also!
A very good movement for understanding the basics of a watch.
This Piaget is incredible, so thin and amazing engineering.. and congrats on that BU210 polisher🎉👍
Lovely restoration. Really enjoyed watching.👍🏻👍🏻
Thanks mate
You are an absolute wizard with watches! Thanks for this fantastic channel and take care.
I've been off work with covid and this channel is keeping me sane, been watching it non stop, love the way the son just comes in and asked for random stuff hilarious, I also want to know 'how to make a boomerang '
Wow you make it look easy !.
With the world we live in it’s nice to see you and your son working together tackling a project. Now that’s an education..
Thanks rod
Long time no Watch. Hehe. Great Job. 👍
"sweeeeeeeeeeeeee" First time to your channel. I'll be back for the soothing voice and loving spirit.
What an artist, its better than new again. Love your work
Wasn't expecting it to come out this well. As bad as it was.Amazing work ! Congrats 🥳
For a long time i've had the idea at the back of my mind to do some watch making / breaking. Your amazing videos have pushed me over the edge...I'm going to do it! Thanks for the inspiration. Hope the accountant and trouble are all well.
A beautiful job as usual Jo. Other youtubers, who shall remain nameless, wouldn't restore the watch, saying that they prefer to leave the "patina", an attitude that I can't understand. Why bother to repair the watch at all? To me, you've brought that piece back to life. Thanks
Thank you 🙏
You have patience and a steady hand that watch came out just beautiful
I don't think I've ever seen one of these being worked on before. Cup of tea and a Sunday relax for me.
Great restoration! It’s amazing that we could make such things two centuries ago.
I think you heard all of us yelling through the ether when you put those colorful wrist straps next to that beautiful watch. You’re such a jokester.
Lol
Really, really liked tis one! That is a sweet little timepiece!
Another work of passion and skilled craftsmanship. Thank you for sharing. Btw. Very nice watch, the accountant should be pleased 😀
Thanks mate
Another great restoration Joe, can’t wait to see the new investment in action.
Thanks Dave. I can’t wait either
Wow! What an amazing finish
I really like your close up view of the process.
The best I have seen.
It just amazes me that Piaget's been able to manufacture watches this thin, with such miniature component pieces, since the late 1950s. Can you just imagine, if after a cataclysmic event, future archeologist were to find one of these watches? What would they think? It would be like our civilization finding the Antihythera Mechanism.
Nice piece....was wondering just yesterday when we would be treated to another of your videos. The 'Trouble' t-shirt looks awesome, I will be ordering one of those for sure.
because of you i fell in love with watches . in the matter of few moths built myself over 60 watches.
Nice 👍
That is a beautiful watch. I am addicted to your channel!
Great job, glad to subscribe to your channel. The sound with your participation "breaks the system" :-) Greetings from Poland
Thanks mate
I loved! What a beautiful talent of yours. Thank you, to share your skills with us, I do appreciate the nostalgia of those years when people get real 💯 % gifts to themselves or for the one they love. You are a real Maestro. Thank you again. I really enjoyed you video. Continue. Fantástico!!
💙⏳🕰🕐🌟🪜🎖
Thanks mate
Beautiful end result!!
When you showed the tiny screw on your hand, i really wanted to see this next to an ant or a ladybug!
I haven't worn a watch in over 40 years, just don't like to. I do so enjoy watching you repair these watches and all the internal workings. And yes I do watch the commercials, the least I can do. You do crack me up at times, good one on the Homer on the finger glove.
Thanks robin
When ever you bring out a new video my wife always shouts at me because all me Attention is on your videos lol🤣🤣
Lol. Wife is more important that joe
Always said those colours were Commodore 64. 😉
Lol
I just love your videos - not just because of the repair / service element but because of the humerous bits you throw in. Loved Homer Simpson making an appearance!
Lol thank you 🙏
Beautiful in every way. Peace and love back at you. ❤
Thanks Deena
How do I contact you? I have 2 pocket watches in need of total overhauls. One is a solid gold Waltham and the other a solid gold Bucherer.
Hey Joe how'd it go.? As usual, I've missed you so! Been watching a bit of football lately and wonder which team you follow mostly? This watch is drool-worthy for sure! Hope you're staying happy and healthy! Congratulations on nearly hitting 200k subs!!
Thanks Catherine I’m a life long Liverpool fan
🥲that piece turned out sweeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeet. Great work
I used to work on Aircraft cockpit instruments, Your work takes that to a whole new level. (intruder alert) I lmao.
Wtf UA-cam unsubscribed me from your channel. No wonder I couldn't find it.
Boss and the boy. What. Channel this is. Extraordinary and I love it. Tell this brothers hi to your accountant and children
I sort of judge my live by watching your videos. If I watch them I know my life is going smooth because I’m in the relaxing zone but if I don’t take the time my life is more chaotic. I’m catching up on your videos as we speak. Ohm Ohm Ohm Aaah now I’m feeling better. Thank you 🙏
Lol glad your feeling better mate. Thanks
Pls Accountant please don’t let them sleep on the couch he’s a good man even though I’m a new subscriber I really like this guy he is pretty funny
Just one word. ...... MARVELLOUS! 🤘
So thin! Love watching your vids! They are calming to me. Plus crack me up with your humor.
Thank you

Congratulations on your new machine sir ! Cheers
Nice job on this Piaget dude. You the man!
Nice watch restoration. Working down in the square inch making art has given me a life time of happiness..
Thanks mate
Consummate master! It's truly a WOW!!!
I like to imagine your customers watching and re-watching the restoration video of their own watch.
Thank goodness, I was waiting for a UA-camr to get one of those machines!
This is truly a gorgeous watch
Brilliant. Absolutely brilliant! And your commentaries are magical! 😃 😊 😀
You have a gift man! Stunning!
