Their CEO saw it, & requested that they turn it into a song. Which they did, even included the conversation between them & the CEO into the song. It also fits perfectly with how Taller Than You was essentially a "Diss Song" between themselves over their height, "Sleeping in the Car" is essentially a "Diss Song" on the Industry as a whole as it relates to work schedules.
