Control in the Clinch | Namsaknoi Muay Thai

Clinching is my favorite part of Muay Thai. Here at Namsaknoi Muay Thai, we spend at least half hour every session working on our clinch game.
It is like a dance to me. I glide around my opponent out of his grips, disrupt the direction of his flow, and trick him into losing his balance.
The trick is to keep your body loose and your feet light. Don’t fight against the force head on, or you can get tired very quickly. You go along with it, understand your opponent’s movement patterns, capitalize on his momentum, and find an opening to disrupt it.
With good understanding of technique and balance, you can control and trip anyone, even if he’s heavier than you!

stand up wrestling moves listed. hand fighting - neck wrestling .
wrestling by pass
snap down
bumping
sagging
collar ties - single and double
elbow pass
duck under
shrugs and level changes.
some very good throws to be done from the clinch .
1 ) Underhook to Pinch Headlock Attacks
2 ) Pinch Headlock To Twist throw.
3 ) Push pull bump throw muay thai.
4 4) LATERAL DROP !!
1 ) elbow pass wrestling move
2 ) wrestling slide by
3 )wrestling duck under
4 ) wrestling snap down drills.
5 ) pummeling and hand fighting
6 ) single and double collar tie wrestling.
7 ) Wrestling- Under hooks & Over hooks.
