- LVX means LIGHT. The analysis of the keyword or Ritual is often identified as a second tier initiation, and 2.0 opener version of the Qabalistic Cross. Although this identification is accurate to a large degree, The LVX Ritual's significance on the path of ceremonial magick far exceeds its placement as an intro and outro for the Lesser Banishing Ritual of the Hexagram, L.B.R.H.

Appreciate your videos, energy and knowledge shares. The term LVX has been with me since I a youth - so much so I had it tattooed on my arm not really knowing it's underlying esoteric meaning. I am new to these practices. I have known about them for years and might have even used parts and pieces in my undeveloped practice. Having perceived a level of “results” from these haphazard, at best, dabbles into magick, I felt as though I required a better perspective of all these energies/Angels and the likes about me. I noted a pattern of Hebrew and Kabbalistic imagery and deducted that studying Kabbalah from its roots, in Israel,. I studied with BB for 10yrs remotely. Fully embracing the quest to lessen my Earthy desires, be always in attainment of the Creator and consider my fellows as myself, or close. I see the world quite differently now. This also stems from my upbringing of, don't believe everything you hear. Question authority within reason.
I am not exactly sure why Now is the time, but I am grateful for yours and others who share this info freely. Had I found this 20yrs ago, I would have run for the hills.
Do carninal directions of rituals differ when living in the Southern hemisphere? I live in Cape Town, South Africa.

I think many aspiring magician are blocked due to privacy issues to perform ceremony. It is quite uncomfortable to perform ceremony and vibrate power names near family in the house

when you are performing the LVX, at the step where you are envisioning the light at the top of the universe, recite a manifestation, visual or verbal, and then continue the ritual.
Hey there magespace, I have a question. I was performing the LVX (using your LVX ritual video), and my wife began antagonizing me- as she stated that the pronunciation of V in Latin - was pronounced closer to U, and LVX would have sounded more like LUKES. More or less - as it is. So she went on to say - why would I vibrate V when the sound would be more like U…. I went on to do more research and it turns out she was right - to an extent….. so my question for you is - is V what the golden dawn vibrates when they perform the LVX - the LBHR or the LIHR?

Okay so I have a question. When you are doing the lesser banishing ritual and want to add the angels of the tree of life, and decide to use the angels of tiphareth you say: before me Raphael, behind me Michael, on my right hand Malachim, on my left hand malachim, above me malachim, below me malachim.
And for the four pentagrams, you vibrate yay-ho-wah-Elohim.
Now, let’s say you want to switch to the other archangels of a different place on the tree of life, can you give a different rundown of the other angels on the tree of life, their properties, and what you say when you do it?
If you just say Malachim and you don’t change it to something else, you’re not using the right name for the Angel in the angelic choir. I’m not sure how you figure out the other angels associated with the angelic choir which is associated with the sphere on the tree. And for the angels of tiphareth that I mentioned, what are two other angels associated with that sphere could you say, or could you just use one angel name at a time for all four directions? Thank you.
