How do your pants stay up during a transfer. I'm constantly losing my pants. I even wear a belt and tuck in an undershirt. It's very frustrating, I'd probably go more places if my pants didn't fall down after a couple transfers.

I know this has been here a while, and I have seen it before. I am now nearly 64 years old and have diminished muscle function in my upper body. I am also overweight I am 6‘3“ tall and currently weigh 240 pounds down from 257. I’m a C6/7 quadriplegic with a little bit of tricep actually more than most and I know I’m lucky. I can’t seem to do what I did 20 years ago or even 10 years ago. Do you have any suggestions?

Mine always fall down too! It's a pain but I pull them up in the car or have someone do it for me

What are you doing exercise wise? As you get older it's more important to do resistance Exercises.
PS I’m 46 1/2 years post trauma broke my neck and became paralyzed at the age of 17 1/2.
