I got to go backstage in 1995 and got my little niece in to see him, she was turning 4, she's 31 now and he wished her a happy birthday. He told her "Happy Birthday Tumbleweed!" and she was thrilled to the gills!
I absolutely love Paint Me a Birmingham. But to be honest If the World had a Front Porch makes me think of all the great memories I have growing up at my Mamaw & Papaw’s in Taylor, AR & of course a couple of red dirt roads.
I have to agree with you on "If the World had a Front Porch" does remind me of my grandparents house in a country setting. Looking out as the trains goes by across the street.
Tracy Lawrence is a awesome singer and all of his songs a priceless and iconic but for me is lessons learned is the best songs to have ever sung it takes me back to when i was a kid for the things i did and got into so much trouble and always sometimes seen the light
My absolute favorite song is I see it now...As soon as he says it's good to see your face again it's been awhile how I'm doing well I get by somehow gives me goosebumps every time I hear it...freaking love love that song...I'm so glad my dad listened to him when I was younger
Do you ever finish with "We Don't Love Here Anymore" these days? I have seen you in concert 9 times. I have NEVER been disappointed with your performance.
I agree. I seen him a few times in the 90s and met him once. I sang in a pretty darn good country band in the 90s and I did a lot of his stuff. he is for sure one of the best ever.
I absolutely love Paint Me a Birmingham. Got to see him live a few months ago, stood front and center of the stage. Always loved TL ❤️ Can't wait for him to come back to Indiana!

I saw him last week and walked out of the concert. He was drunk and he could not get the words out. I will never go see him again. But CHRIS CAGLE WAS INCREDIBLE
Know I’m an Arkansan like you but paint me a Birmingham is the best. And yes my husband played hs football against you in ‘83or ‘84 . still has the football program from that night. Never had a clue one day we’d be watching you on stage.
