Asalam o alekum!
Aj main bana rahi hn makai ki meethi roti

Ingredients and method
Maize flour/Corn meal 1 cup.
Jaggery powder 1/2 cup Dissolved in 1/2 cup Luke warm water.
Make semisolid dough adding jaggery water.Added simple luke warm water 1/2cup then 1/3rd cup again.
Not make liquid dough just a soft semisolid dough.
Grease pan or griddle with oil.
Pour batter while stove is off or on very low flame.
Spread it out then cook on low to medium flame.
Apply oil if needed.
Cook from both sides serve clarified butter on it.
Enjoy......
4 to 5 small to medium size roti prepared using this dough.
