Hey! I'm so grateful I found your video today. I just hit 14 days off suboxone after 16 years! I'm the same way always had a positive outlook and still do so I can relate to you better than most of the other videos I've found so far. Hope your still doing great two years later.

@@grapefruitsandwich7398 it will be a year in September no problems no cravings I can’t believe how many years I spent in fear of getting off it. And with the help of a blood pressure medicine clonidine and gabapentine to get through the first two weeks (only took those two meds for the withdrawal period) it was much easier than the other times I tried to get off the Suboxone . Even after many years at 2mg Suboxone a day it was hard until I found the right physician to help me through it. And your videos.

Brother, congratulations on beating Suboxone! You did it. And you inspired me along the way. I've been attending online NA meetings for the last week. Bro, they are 🔥. There are meetings all day long. The "Quarantined an Diego" meeting is the one I attend the most. They are amazing. Congrats again man, super proud of you!

What mg did you jump at? I'm currently on 12mg and I can't even taper. So maybe just jump when I can taper down to 2mg

No. Taper below .5 before you jump.

I have a question.. tomorrow is day 20 off of Suboxone… 12 years total the last few years to milligrams, then 1/2 -1/4 for a couple of weeks… My problem is I’m a waitress and I feel so lethargic and I feel like people are acting different toward me like my coworkers… Like they think I’m on drugs or something now because they see a difference in my personality, and not being as peppy… Not to mention, I feel like absolute shit in the day goes by so slow… Any tips?

First off, Congratulations!! 20+ days is no joke! So happy for you. Unfortunately (fortunately) those days where your body seems off is part of the healing process. All your energy levels will return to normal, I promise!!
The best thing for me was when I started eating healthier and working out. Both gave me so much more natural energy and not to mention the increased positivity I felt throughout the day.
If you want we can have a phone call too. Just let me know.

I feel like this will be a huge thing with me bc Suboxone gives me all the energy and without it, I am so sad and time crawls by at work
It sucks man. Are u still off?

@@s.p.8870 yes! I’m 30 days away from a year! Honestly, I wouldn’t pay attention to this guy because if you watch a lot of his videos, he still takes a bunch of other drugs, like Xanax, kratom, gabapenten ect.. here’s how it went for me, I went down from 2 mg to like a quarter milligram over a two month period. When I jumped, I was getting a boob job so I had to be off of it for two days prior which he had given me some Vicodin, and I don’t think they did anything, because the Suboxone was still blocking, then when I got out of surgery, I took Vicodin for three days And then jumped… I had called a psychiatrist and got a short prescription for gabapentin and took that for a week, I was sick with the flu for one week, but the gabapentin kept me sleeping and relaxed, which really helped! Once that had passed, I quit the gabapentin And the lethargy was extreme, it was hard to walk to the bathroom for the next week, then the week after that it got a little better and each week a little better, I went back to work at two weeks, and I will say that the distraction helped me even though I was freezing! I had to wear thermal under my clothes, so I recommend a lot of baths and electric blanket! The beautiful part about it is every step closer you get you start to feel more connected to life and more beauty and happiness, so, as much as you may feel bad in one way, there are a lot of other things firing off that feel new to you in another way, and I can say a year later, it’s still happening! My desire to be around people and connect and my attraction to guys ect. I’m still learning so much about life but it’s been great!

My freind you wont be able to just swap,it dont happen that way, as soon as you follow subbies fron Done you will go into precipitated withdrawl and it it will be a Bitch.I went down that road, terrible,Do it medicaly supervsed ,you will fail trying to do it yourself,it will take a long time mate, however well worth it,long tapering down process can be done with minimal discomfort, good luck to you

They just tried to switch me the Burmese method and then waiting over 80 hours and macro induction with 96mg. All 3 ways made me go into precipitated withdrawal 3 different times and it was a nightmare.
