I like yellow ripe pineapples
Someone got this entirely wrong.they are processing canned pineapple fruit.
I thought so too, but realized the juice was in the second half 😊
*As a kid, I wondered about pineapple production too. Great video!*
When I was in the 4th grade in the 1970s, I remember staring at a picture of pineapple production in the encyclopedia wondering what else was in the process. Wonderful video !!!
As a kid, I wondered about pineapple production too. Great video!
The way those gears mesh together so perfectly is oddly satisfying. It's like the mechanical version of a perfect harmony.
Brilliant invention
Brilliant Machinery 😳🔥
Less 80% man power
Surprised to see a lot of green fruit being canned, no wonder it tastes sour
Wow i love pineapples
I 💖 pineapple juice
The Aquanettes have no crown
Agricultural machinery is a legacy for the future, ensuring the food security and sovereignty of the present and future generations, as well as the preservation and enhancement of the natural and cultural heritage of the agricultural sector.😊❤❤
The factory into the factory
Wow nice work
WOW ♥️
Using the high efficient of mango destoner to improve the mango output percentage effectively.
Wow, what a great video that thoroughly shows the various types of processing steps done to bring my favourite fruit to market! Thanks for sharing!!
Fascinating journey! Thanks for sharing!
BEAUTIFUL
2:42, 6:52, how cutely dancing, 😄, but one question, are they mixing sugar in juices? Thank you🙏.
I love pineapple aspectlly in cans I used them all year round.
The Aquanette the Chiquita balls taking a wash down.
I embrace technology
I'd think there would be a delightful aroma in these factories. There seems to be a step or two skipped in the shown juicing sequence between crushing and bottling. What becomes of inedible solids?
Aromatic and fascinating process! 🍍👃
I was just thinking that has to be a great smelling job. I knew people who worked in a pickle factory, not a great smelling job. Best I've gotten was a wood shop, most days were nice, there were a few stinky exotic woods though.
What variety are the bright orange stock, I've never seen those in Canada.
Brilliant Machinery less man power
What A Brilliant minds making that Machinery processed
The balls being dumped to the processing machine to make chiquita broths and chiquita stocks
Fantastic processes. Some of those pineapples are super ripe. It's interesting how they crush the entire pineapple to make the jiuce.
Impressive techniques! 🍍👌
Yum 😊
Wish we were still getting our pineapples from Hawaii.
Lost jobs and lower quality as a result of going foreign.
I preffer fresh pina
Whomever is reading this just know, if you were a fruit, you’d be a fineapple
Amazing machinery!! Thanks for sharing. Where to buy it? Thank you
Where is the factory located? Is it in Indonesia? Thanks for the information!
Philippines
Amazing machinery. Please let know where to buy it?
Wao it's amazing

Good job good luck then good life but safety and quality first, burger nenas satu👍🎉🥳😘
Mostly about canning pineapples NOT juice!
I am not sure if those green pineapples were fully ripe.
They add stuff that makes it ripe by the time they reach consumers
they do, shell color (external color) isn't proportion to the internal ripeness and especially if it is on its maturity days
I love pineapple watch me
What the cost price of that extractor machine😊
5070$
❤ YUMMY PINEAPPLES ❤
So automated. Not like the old Dole plant. I remember how the town used to smell like Pineapple Upside Down Cake. Now it's a mall.
lived in Hawaii back in the early-mid 60's. heading downtown past the Dole cannery the aroma was great. going out the the fields to the small Dole shack getting fresh sliced chilled pineapples, sweet as candy. miss those times. a thing of the past. Aloha
Amazing. Anyway , it is necessary to have high tech equipments for mass production . 🤔🤔🤔 I wonder what the people in the B.C . and A. D. periods did in order to produce such - hundreds of thousands of pieces / bottled ones / canned ones ?- Mano- mano , right ? ....makes sense.
Incredible advancements indeed! 🌟👍
Amazing
At 04:50 😢 resembles my luck in life!!

@@omsh4939 Thanks, but I have never travelled outside my country. I may request if you can help me to apply from my country pls.
@@marthawaithera8602 you wouldn't have much success applying from your country. The approval depends on your location. Which country are you in currently?
@@omsh4939 I'm in Kenya, East Africa.

Pizza!!!
I'm allergic to pineapple :(
WHEN WE TOOK THIS OUR INTERNAL BAD WILL COME OUT. WE HAVE TO TAKE WATER . IT WILL CLEAR ALL ALERGIES
Even for juice they harvest fruits that are not ripe but do contain allergens and taste terrible acidic without flavour. But what embarasses me most is that they use whole fruits to smash and not just the leftovers from canned pineapple slices.
Makes complete sense why commercial pineapple products taste so bad,
No one would ever blend an entire pineapple at home…
Taxation Policy Needs to Be Same 45000$
So, they don't peel pineapples before squeezing them? I am not buying pineapple juice anymore...
pineapple is good but-
IT DOESN'T GO ON PIZZA!!!!!!! 😡😡😡😡
That's why being born and raised in a developed country is a big BLESSING.
I used to work in Hawaii picking pineapples.
The way they're picking pineapples to make juice in the video above is slow and counterproductive. The word, LAZY comes to mind as well.
Hooking each pineapple with care is so unnecessary and slows everything down. Back in the day, a team of 16 workers could fill a 7 ton truckload in 10 minutes. The way these slow pokes are doing this, it would take them almost an hour.
You need to get RID OF THE AWFUL MUSIC AND
Talk about what is going
On ; very bad video 👎👎👎👎
