WHY DOES NO OTHER KARTING UA-camR DO THIS KIND OF CONTENT
Im 16, i live in Italy and i recently tried my first ever karting experience in a really small indoor track in Conselice. Since then im obsessed with this sport and ill do certainly more. Thanks to your videos i understand why this is not only a simple activity as i initially thought.
Although theres a beautiful outdoor track near me, im still not ready. You deserve more attention as a channel. Good luck!

Just hop in electric karts for the first time in my life, from Malaysia, we have a number of circuits here too, mostly gas powered. Very sore arms and back after just 10 mins of on the limit driving

I remembered a few days ago that i actually went here around 2018 or 2019 when i was on my first year of college, from what i remember. They didn't have the uphill and downhill bit when i went there, but i think i ended up setting the fastest lap for my college group's session.
Yeah, the track got its refurb sometime during the pandemic 😄

I've been watching all your videos on this track - seems like if you lift very slightly on the entry on turn 4, you'll be able to load the the outside tires with more grip.

Great vid, had some really good sessions and great races at Fastlane. I need to go back at some point as it's been almost 2 years now. What lap times were you getting in qualy/races?
I don't normally say this, but, great video, man! No silly cringe bullshit, just solid commentary on top of good quality footage. My one suggestion would perhaps be to try and educate! Explain techniques, tactics, terminology, etc, give them a sexy title and thumbnail and upload! The UA-cam Algorithm loves that kind of thing
As much as I'd like to educate, I myself don't have a clue what I'm doing half the time lmao

Thanks! My mates invited me along sometime last summer just as something to do, and I ended up enjoying it so much that I go at least once a week, usually twice. When I can finally drive, I'll be all over racing on different tracks 😅

on turn 3 should i be jabbing my breaks early or turn with breaks and then throttle through the apex
I believe ideally just a quick brake spike to spin the kart will be enough!

I've never seen a track have all the lights off just before a race starts 😅 any idea why they do that?
I think it's just for the spectacle, honestly. They got all those disco lights going on, and the speakers usually play The Chain before we kick off the race 😅
@PericoKarting Ohh okay 😅 I'm undecided if I'd find that too distracting or not 😂 pretty sure it would take my eyes a good few seconds to figure out what's going on though once the lights came back on 🤣

Yes I am, I use the light on the left as my braking point. Whether I feather the brake or give it a quick spike is dependent entirely on which kart they give me lol
