After announcing Vance as his pick, Donald Trump also officially overcame the delegate threshold to become the GOP nominee.

To be fair, that was 8 years ago, he was 31 at the time. People do change and so does their perspective(s). I know a few people that didn't vote for Trump in 2016 nor in 2020, however, they are voting for him in 2024.
I myself voted Democratic my entire life up until 2012. I changed my political affiliation to Independent and have been voting Republican ever since. I must say that I have always liked Trump, ever since the 80's.
