Rare visitors such as the Ilyushin IL-76 from Silkway Airlines whiched carried supplies for the Azerbaijan Government, which also sent their beautiful Boeing 777-200LR, man that livery on that plane, I love it! Is it just me or do the govt aircraft climb at a higher angle at takeoff and make the their approach at a higher rate of speed during landing than commercial aircraft?

Commercial aircraft have much more stringent rules and regulations on Takeoffs and Landings.
