Mainly known as "Kan nana". 東京都道318号環状七号線は東京都大田区から目黒区、世田谷区、杉並区、練馬区、北区、足立区、葛飾区などを経由して江戸川区に至る主要地方道（都道）
主に「環七（かんなな）」の通称で呼ばれる。利用量の多い路線ながら騒音被害への配慮で永らく最高速度40kmの区間が存在したものの現在は全区間50kmに統一されているがたぶん皆さんそんな事は気にせず自由な速度で走っている印象。そしてラーメン屋が多い印象。
