When I long press the right side because they didn't sync, it only turns it on/off. No tone plays. Also, when I go to Bluetooth, two separate options pop up. One connects to the right, the other the left. Is that normal?

@RYLEIGH Graham well then you must have said app, because it's a notification from Samsung that I don't have the app that makes the headphones compatible so telling me that it worked for yours doesn't help one bit 😉
