I am travelling the Commonwealth in a bid to find the perfect places to construct new homes for my player character.
In this episode, I build a survivor's shack with plenty of food, drink and power on the edge of a lake due south of Vault 111.

Nice little build! It would've been nice to see some footage of you building it but besides that, it looks really good! Also, you've got a lot of mods listed in the description, I'd love to see what mods you recommend. Keep up the good work! :D

I will try to get some footage of me building for my next video 🙂 As for the mods, Workshop Anywhere is obviously vital as it allows me to pretty much build wherever I want... other than that, I would have to say the most useful is Do It Yourshelf - being able to add clutter to shelves without placing each item individually is an absolute game changer!
The coffee shop outside Diamond city near the supermutants area that would be a decent place for building
