They are simply terminating permits that were already temporary in nature. If the permits guarantied permanent residency but then Aron decided to terminate them, then the judge would have merit. But this is the problem with the current judiciary. Even if the judge is fully aware that you are in the right, as long as the judge is personally in disagreement with you, he or she can intentionally make a wrong ruling knowing full well that it will take possibly years to win an appeal and that there is no consequence to the judge for ruling incorrectly.
