I wouldn't recommend playing Macro Cosmos in this deck since you need your canvases in the grave to recycle them back with Cloud, that's why we just use D. Fissure instead, and Shifter for turn 1-2 until we get a playable hand. And the non-Weather spells/traps always go in the left-most/right-most columns so we don't interfere with the Weather cards. I love this deck so just wanted to give some tips if anyone else decided to try it.
Dimensional Fissure is better since it only banishes monsters, and most decks need monsters in the GY. You can use Kaijus too since you can bounce them back with Thundery Canvas. There's a lot of ways to play the deck so choose whatever you like.

So back in Duel Links, I played this deck and had learned the hard way that placement of the continuous Spells/Traps is very important to this deck. Also Magic Planter is a good tech card when paired with Weather Painter Cloud
Now imagine if they release a LVL 1 fire Weather painter monster that when summoned can set a continuous weather painter spell or trap directly from the deck now that is a support
Too redundant. The best effect for Red would be "Send 1 face up Weather S/T to the Grave; Special Summon this card from your hand." That would give us our 1 needed extender and proc Cloud when needed.
Okay I hate to sound like THAT guy, but I've been a Weather Painter player for literal years and I have seen so many misplays here it's insane. Missed negates and bounces, times monsters were destroyed that could have been saved. And the zones were just... Awful. Crab, sorry to say chief but you need to get away from the stove
Sorry for my misplay I forget with place other spell trap in middle spell trap zone and some play to bounce opponent monster. I think I don't get enough rest because I prepare to practice chimera deck to go OCG tournament in Sunday.
Ptsd to the solo mode duel where you have to use nemesis weather painter against Draco slayer weather painter. I only beat that because the ai bricked and never drew a Draco slayer card. ( Obviously I stomped it with my own deck later as revenge)
waiting for rota and golden rule for weather painter. it wont budge from the rogue status but damn it would be nice to see it. or maybe a link 1 that have 3 effects idk.

Don’t watch it if you don’t like it. This guy puts out a new video EVERYDAY. That’s impressive and I appreciate him for it. Not to mention, he showcases a lot of decks that, in all honesty, don’t have many strengths.

Did you know the weather spells and traps are secretly link spells/traps. but anyway the weather painters are the best deck.
You can add trap Grave of the Super Ancient Organism to stun your opponent boss monster
