Interesting. The substrate does not seem very nutrient rich. Do you add fertilizer? You might want to add a bit of azomite too b/c even fertilizers that say "with micro-nutrients" usually only have 12 not all 70.

the substrate I use is composed of fermented dirt, volcanic sand, husk charcoal. I didn't add any fertilizer because in this mini proportion I need them to grow slowly and not taking up space to quick.
Will those cuttings survive long in there? And what were the names of them?
as I write this comment, this particular terrarium and several others are currently being rented by a coffee shop, they're not under my supervision and maintenance, however last time I checked they're all doing okay..

Which sand used in first?
Bali Sand or Pearl sand we called in here

Kindly name the material you have used.
First layer : Bali sand
2nd layer : mixture of compost and volcanic sand
Then I used decorative gravel that commonly used in aquarium, stone that I randomly found in my surrounding and silica sand

@@SajedulIslam-vs5br my soil mix consist of black volcanic sand and fermented cow manure... If you can't find black volcanic sand you can use perlite which is common in your local garden store...
For the plants I used:
1. Fittonia
2. Polyscias fruticosa variegated
3. I don't know the moss name, but I found them in pine forest

It's here called Bali sand, it's basically beach white sand
