I almost cried when Mac Taylor nearly died, but he survived because of his girlfriend prayers, but when the 9/11 happened on Tuesday September 11, 2001, Mac Taylor lost his wife Claire Taylor on the tragic event in real life, they actually put that event in CSI:NY Season 8 episode 1
omg this so made me cry;( when Jo said she loved Mac i was like OMG you should so be together!! And then Danny told Mac he loved him i was like bawling it was the cutest ever:)) amazing video and the song was perfect xx
My favorite part of this episode was when Mac and Flack chased that one criminal and Flack fell on his knees out of breath, some of the things he said made me laugh lol

It would've been nice to have had Melina Kanakaredes return as Stella Bonasera in this episode. I'm sure Stella would've been extremely devastated upon learning of what happened to Mac Taylor.

watching this made me realize how much I miss this show. It was the best of the csi franchise. Miami was great to but New York was my favorite.
