I tried this, but my nail polish layers didn't spread out well in the water like yours. Any tips?

Hi bestie!! Here are some tips to help you on your next attempt ❤️ Try using room temperature water over cold water and check to see if you are using a newer or more liquidy polish (older and thicker polish is harder to work with). Both of these affect how the polish will be spreading out! You'll also want to work quickly since the polish will be drying as you're working. Another awesome tip is to drip the nail polish closely to the water rather than high up or else the polish may sink to the bottom of the water instead of floating above like in the video.
