Your comment really made me smile. Thank you! My husband and I bought a house that needed some serious remodeling so I've been doing that for months. We finally got moved in. The best part of the new house is my huge shop outside. I got it unpacked last week so I can finally make more videos. I have a list of ones I've been excited to make. Thank you for thinking of me. I'm so excited to finally get to make some new designs. 💗💗💗💗💗
You can definitely use waterslides on ceramic mugs. I'm not sure the method you're going about it but there are UA-cam videos about doing them on ceramic mugs. ❤️
I seal the waterslide before I add it to my cup with 2 coats of rustoleum clear spray paint then add it to the cup once dry. After I add it to the cup I let it dry about an hour or so before adding epoxy. I don't really have issues with it running if I sealed it well with the clear spray paint.
You absolutely can! And I have before but I wanted to show something super beginner friendly. Not everyone is very good with alcohol inks right off the bat so I wanted to show a way to make this style a bit easier. Thank you for your compliment!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Thanks for the great videos! I've subscribed and look forward to more content from you, because your designs are gorgeous! What epoxy do you use? Also, what turner are you using for the epoxy application? I've worked with epoxy on art pieces but never done tumblers. Your videos make me want to make some! Thanks again!
Thank you very much! I use Superclear Epoxy and I absolutely love it. The turner I use are from Etsy and it's TurnersRus. But you can always start with a cup turner off Amazon. That's what I did until I upgraded later. I'm so glad to have inspired you!! That makes me happy to hear. 🥰🥰🥰

Do you seal the waterslide before epoxy?

The cup is stunning but I'm just wondering why you didn't use alcohol ink and do a watercolor design with them?

just beautiful! By the way what are you using to turn/rotate your tumblers?
Yes, I absolutely use a turner. I need to go back and see in my video. I wonder if I even showed the cup on the turner at all. 🤣
When using water slides, do you have to use special ink or can it just be printed on a normal house printer?
Just a normal printer. :) just make sure you let it dry then seal with clear spray paint.
