- Have had requests for a video showing us doing one of our event dance floor wraps... so here we go!
Been doing custom dance floor wraps for weddings and other events for 10+ years... It's a great way to really customize an event! This video is showing one of the simpler ones... a 24'x24' white dance floor with a roughly 6'x8' gold center graphic.
Total time at the venue is 1 hour 20 minutes for 2 of us to prep and install.

What kind of material the gold sign you made
What printer or machine is used to do this
Any good wide format eco-solvent printer, etc. We use a 64" Epson S series
What is the masking tape used for the middle pls
Can it be used on a cemented floor..

We've done many concrete floors. Again, varied materials for different types of flooring are options as well. And yes, short term wraps like this remove fine.
Can you order this apply it with double sided tape? To protect floors ?q
where can I buy tools you have use for installing this floor .
It's mainly the basics, just as a 6'+ flat ruler, squeegee's, snap blades like an Olfa, etc. The holder we use to keep even tension on the material at one end we custom built.
How long did this actually take?
On this install it took us 1 hour 15 minutes.

Can you apply this with double sided tape to protect hard wood floors
Double sided tape could do more damage then our low-tack wrap vinyl.... either way, not really
Hi i live in the London. I have an event coming up. First i wanted to ask can i use a gloss car vinyl for my white dance floor. Second my dancefloor is 21ft x15ft. What size vinyl should I purchase and what will be the size for my graphic please.
You could use car vinyl although not typically ideal. You also need to be careful about the adhesive used on the vinyl, and that it won't damage your flooring surface. Sizing will vary depends on many things... such as your needs, availability, etc.

Will this work on smooth concrete if I washed it first
Yes it will... we've done floor graphics & wrapped concrete floors like this. Many are polished or sealed, but some have not been.
Can this be done on painted concrete floor without stripping off the paint from the floor?
Good question.... it really depends on a few things: 1) Quality of the floor and paint, 2) Which vinyl we use for the floor wrap.
We do typically use a lower-tack material to limit these issues... but would typically want to do a test on the floor prior to committing to the job.

What size vinyl are you using for the rolls? Do you recommend and printer to do the vinyl printing?
We typically use 54" rolls and they are 150' long. We do all print production in house

Material will vary based on floor type, longevity needed, etc. and associated pricing will vary as well. We've also had our "customer" mark up pricing to their end users as well.

Pricing varies of course... based on material used (type of floor and application), size, etc.
@@sampson1822 - We do sell floor wraps... installation can be a bit tricky depending on your experience -- or find an installer in your area.
How long does it last ?
We have different options for different situations. These are typically down just for 1 day (wedding or 1 night events), but we have options for longer terms, different types of floors, etc.

What kinda/brand vinyl do you use?
As I've replied before... material varies based on the type of floor, venue, etc. Mostly we use is one of Orafol's low-tack removeable vinyls
Once everything was down you trimmed the edges for a clean line. How did you do that without scratching the wood floor? Thanks!
Depends on the floor.... some we have an edge to trim against, others are on concrete or tile floor, etc. When the flooring is more sensitive to damage, we use cut tape to do the cut. Other times we cut through the vinyl but not the underlying masking tape we have down marking off the border.
Can this be put on carpet floor ?
We have different material for different floor types... if low carpet like in a hotel, tradeshow, etc... then yes 😀

We are in the Dallas market area. Have done larger installs around the country if worth the travel costs as well.
