@@Firemaster27you can throw any resource at a gold slime, and it will fly off and drop a singular gold plort. It doesn’t *eat* it, it just gets hit and flies off, leaving a single plort. If you throw a gilded ginger at a gold slime, it will actually eat it, and drop 5 gold plorts, regardless of the golden sureshot upgrade.

I usually mix mosaic slimes with other high market ones. And crystal slimes make good money too just use favorite foods I generate about 25k every day now
someone already replied and this comment is a year old but i have a different method. i have every slime on my ranch, they're all largos. i don't have any multiples of largos, so only 1 pink largo (i have pink mosaics) only 1 of every slime. you feed them only their favorite food so you get the maximum amount of plots, i have a total of 7 different largos split between the grotto and the overgrowth, and both places have a maxed out silo. that parts important, you need the silo because you fill it up completely, 300 plorts in each slot. you need to wait until all the prices are as high as you can get them, so mosaics and dervish and other expensive pliers should be over 100 new bucks. then you get a refinery link and make sure you have it ready at 0:00, all of the vac slots should be full at 0:00 so you have the max time to sell them all, then sell both silos worth of plorts as fast as you can before the time resets and the prices drop. that's my method, hope it made sense and isn't totally useless lol
