  • If your business relies on your constant presence, you might find it hard to take breaks or handle illness without losing income. In this episode, I share my journey toward creating a more sustainable business model.
It all began in 2019 when my 12-month mentorship program didn’t attract as many participants as expected. This prompted me to rethink my approach and led to the development of tiny courses, starting with "The Art of Responding."
As the pandemic hit in 2020, I focused on converting live workshops into tiny courses, covering topics like interviewing, hosting live classes, and message building. This pivot not only diversified my income streams but also resonated with my audience.
Throughout this process, I realized the importance of starting small and focusing on one transformation your course can provide. This episode offers insights and practical advice on creating tiny courses to build a more resilient and sustainable business.

Thanks Dani! I found the perspective of starting with the problem rather than the modality to teach really helpful. It’s a simple reframe but easy for my brain to process. 🙏🏼

It's so tempting to view your whole suite as always having been as cohesive and flowy (?) as it is now. Thanks for the backstory. It makes where I am seem not so 'behind'.
