Win /Win
Also there should be a flat $25,000 penalty if Bert gets naked in any way during the episode, including topless.
And a $1,000 penalty donation to charity per halfwit drunken money making scheme presented as a great idea during the episode. However he can later get a $10k credit in a future episode if he actually follows through with said idea and can actually generate at least 100k from it.
