Thanks Mark this was a very insighful video - My two bits of advice.. you could set up the tables and have a very brisk walk round first as it often pays well to do so and then secondly suncream!
Thanks for your advice, I agree with both points you make 😁👍. 100% agree with suncream. I cover myself with factor 50 before I leave the house and carry a bottle of suncream with me, it's a really important point, thanks. Yes, setting up the tables to secure the pitch and then having a walk round is a great idea! 😁👍
Hiya mark another great video nice to have met you again at auction I'm on holiday in the broads at the moment on lookout for stock as I'm boating around I can't wait to try a stall still need some more stock be lucky
At bootsales id stick to what i knew i could shift on for a profit id buy bmx bikes ,skateboards ,guitaurs vintage toys ,and vintage computer games and other collectables used to buy at some and sell at others ,ebay was a good earner too ,id label stuff a few quid higher too so if there was a haggler they would think id give them a discount (it worked a lot).
@antiquescentral yeh too many people doing the same thing now when i started in the early 80s stuff was cheap but about 2010 it kinda changed and everyone was looking for the same things as i was so it got harder to find things and make a good profit on things i still find the odd peice every so often tho i found vintage lego ,radio controled cars from the 80s and early gameing and tech stuff quite profitable as was 80s/90s skateboard stuff .
Great to meet you too. Thanks for the shout out much appreciated. Moneypenny x ❤x
No problem 😁👍
I like a nice quiet steady bootsale, done to many years of the free for alls.
I agree Steve! That's why I like Stratford. A great vibe and civilised polite buyers who don't storm your pitch as soon as you arrive!
Reselling is hard work. No joke
Agreed. The glamour went out of it some time ago to be honest! 🤣. However, it can still be enjoyable on a good day 😁👍

You can never have enough stock ... at least that's what I keep telling myself! 🤣 Have a great holiday 👍.
Hi Mark I'm glad Stratford upon Avon was a success for you. It's good to know you made some profit. Very best wishes as always Sarah 😊
Thanks Sarah. It was an enjoyable morning 😁👍

Have you stopped dealing now?
