great stuff warren
Having flashy dashboard means nothing when none of it works properly
Nice video👍 what is the fuel consumption ?
Decent review but for the whole video you didn't include the most important thing. How is the suspension feels on malaysian road?
The issues finding with the breaks started a couple of weeks after purchase. Too many issues already
keter ni memang baik giler. Cuma aku risau reliability
What are the controversies, pls enlighten us
Gearbox, if you head to the Chery Omoda 5 community you will find several complains there
Saw few on the road now...stands out of the crowd with its odd yet stylist design...Maybe wait at least a year to see feedback from owners...Chinese made car.
what is the controversy about?
Gearbox and build quality issues, you will find them in FB community groups
@@klgadgettvare the FB community members all owners or some random people?
Ini kereta banyak masalah..percayalah
Unfortunately, I bought this car a couple months ago and I found it to be money wasted. So many issues on a new car and even worse customer support/resolution team. It is a rip off
Wow, that's so unfortunate, what problem did you encounter?
Chery Australia has recalled 5901 examples of its Omoda 5, after discovering a defect which can result in brake failure for the small SUV.
The recall affects all Chery Omoda 5s sold in Australia since local deliveries began in mid-2023.
“Due to a manufacturing defect, the bolt securing the brake pipe union may not have been tightened sufficiently. This could cause the brake fluid to leak and result in reduced braking performance,” Chery said in its recall notice.
“A reduction in braking performance could increase the risk of an accident resulting in serious injury or death to the vehicle occupants, pedestrians and other road users.”
Did you work for serpentza or something?😂
This is the weirdest review I've come across so far. That's definitely a sunroof, not a panoramic one. The rear AC vent is quite common these days, especially in that price range. A glove box in the center console? Both CarPlay and Android Auto support wireless connectivity, but yes, the AC seems laggy for some reason. Not sure how you can compare the CVT feels same like DCT. So far, you're the only person who complimented the Omoda 5 for its driving/handling. Having tested the car myself, I found it to be too soft for any kind of spirited drive or even just a slightly fast drive. It seems more suited for city driving. Chinese cars tend to prioritize comfort over better handling. As for NVH, it's okay for city speeds, but wind noise creeps in at highway speeds, and the loud tire doesn't help either. Still it's way better than HRV. Lastly, the additional warranty is 10 years (engine and transmission only) or 1 million km, not unlimited mileage. I don't mean to be an S but come on man
Try changing the steering mode to sport like I mentioned, the steering becomes wayyy better.
Steering bapak besar
