Soft Washing Balconies

This video showcases Above & Beyond Softwash working in Sea Bright, New Jersey. We were contracted to soft wash five different balconies, including one located on the rooftop. Black mold had formed in the grout lines over the last few months and needed to be clean prior to sealing. This job took a little over a day and a half to complete. We utilized a 1.5% SH mix with SESW Southern Swag surfactant. We utilized our 12 V pump & smaller surface cleaner to make short work of this larger project.
