Great video thanks - have just picked up 2 punches and a colt. Running OK but I will follow this process with the carbs to get running correctly.

After you have removed the needle seating, check for the spacing washer that should be under it. If you do not check, and then put another in, the spacing will be wrong and the float needle will close in the seating at the right time. 48 pence + postage and packing from LS Engineers. I got mine on eBay. You'll also find them for sale at online shops, such as japgmowers.
