Fajã dos padres Madeira l Sony A7SIII Daylight Test
To test the new Sony A7SIII in daylight we headed to Fajã dos padres in Madeira. The last 3 years we've used the Panasonic GH5 for all our videos and it was always a challenge with that camera to get a cinematic look during daylight. That's why we shot this video at midday with the hardest light to test the capabilities of the Sony A7SIII* and we think the results are amazing! Thanks to the incredible autofocus we are also able now to produce complex gimbal shots without being too worried about losing focus. We have the Sony A7SIII for a week now and used it every day so many more results of this camera will follow on our channel!

About the location:
Fajã dos Padres is located on the south coast of Madeira Island, at the bottom of a cliff in Campanário, Ribeira Brava. Set in a remote cove, this land produces the best Malmsey wine on the island, and until 1998, when a panoramic elevator was installed, it could only be accessed from the sea. Nowadays, this elevator is mainly used to transport goods and you can go down and up again with the modern panoramic cable car, which was installed in 2016 and became the main way to descend approximately 300 meters to the Fajã. It's a great place to visit and wander around through the organic farm where you will find mangoes, bananas, avocados and other tropical fruits together with some small wildlife. At the end you'll find the beachfront restaurant which offers the rich flavors of Madeiran cuisine straight from the organic farm!
