No, Bingo isn’t Brandy’s child, she is Chili’s, that theory isn’t true, just bc Bingo looks like Brandy doesn’t make her Brandy’s child. Bingo also looks like Younger Chili if you see a picture of Younger chili from inside the house. Red and Blue Heeler’s tend to look more like other family members instead of their parents, which is normal for all species including humans. So that theory isn’t proven to be true!

Just because bingo looks mostly like Brandy, doesn’t mean that Brandy is bingo’s biological mother. Bingo also looks a little like Chile. So Brandy is not her real mom.

I personally interpreted Bandit looking sad as a tragic past coming back to haunt him and how when he threw his feelings out at sea, it made him feel better. I actually took this episode's advise and did that myself. Although I am nowhere in the sea, I may throw my angry feelings out into the sky, in the trash, or down the toilet.

What can I say? I'm very skeptical about the various theories surrounding Bluey from fans and honestly, I don't believe them without direct confirmation in the cartoon itself. I've heard some fan theories about Bluey and some of them are too inappropriate and unfit for a preschool cartoon, they seem more like theories from an adult animated series.
I do think that McKenzie is the father of Bluey’s baby Its very accurate, considering that they hang out almost everyday Bluey’s at school.

The fertility theory was confirmed by the creators just because she finally had a kid doesn't mean that she wasn't having fertility problems to begin with no they confirmed that bingo is banned in Chili's daughter and that Brandi was having problems getting pregnant.
