Make sure your leading with your hips, I was experiencing a lot of arm pain and I watched one of his videos on it and realized my arm was way ahead of my hips. So just make sure to lead with your hips.

Nice but once I through a do a side arm anyway for a junior qb to not do a side arm

How do I stop myself from keeping my weight back and leaning back when I throw?
After the foot strike happens/ focus on transferring your weight to the front leg. Shift the weight from quad to quad
