Its my dream to see LCD Soundsystem live one day. With every piece of live footage I've seen of them it looks like they're having the time of their lives, plus the sheer quality of the music!
One of the very best experiences in my life... It's EXACTLY one week since this gig took place and it still feels like I'm living it right now. Literally priceless!

Someone's Great.....is likely a track/song/tune that will be in ear buds everywhere......running, sitting in traffic, or, doing 55 across Lake Erie in an offshore, than there's mowing the lawns. I read somewhere that Murphy's parents passed away at an early age....and while he was a smart person, he needed the guidance provided by a mentor/figure who kept the path clear. The pain of loss just drips from every line.......with a back beat that motivates us to see the "Great" in the "Someone" we will all eventually have. Good Work, James
it was one of my biggest regrets not have seeing them play live before they broke up...and then this happenned....and made me the happiest person in the world being there. it was such a flawless concert with the perfect setlist, great sound, great atmosphere, great city, great performance.......AMAZING!!!

I managed to get tickets for the warm up gig at BARTS the day before the festival. The first thing I thought at the end of the gig was "We get to see this again on Thursday". Just the best.

I think James murphy must tune all the levels to be perfect for the people who are actually there. I was at their Glastonbury set this year and I couldn't believe how crisp and perfect the sound was compared to everything else I saw. Same feeling as you though when I went back and watched it on TV. Doesn't give them justice at all!

Music is all personal opinion/preference but to me this sounds not catchy in the slightest, not really chilled, but not up-beat. I think it sounds almost like nursery rhymes or something, it's weird.
