Jab main chalta hoon aur khade rehta hoon... Tab mera pet bhari ho jata hain gas hota hai.... Jab beth jata hoon ya sojata hoon toh achha lagta hai
Agar khane ke baad 4hr tak baithe rahoon aur sojau toh phir se bhhok lagta he.. Aur me phirse khana khata hoon... Agar maine aisa nahi kiya aur chalunga ya khada rahunga toh khana digest nahi hoga aur 6 - 8 hr. Tak bhuk nahi lagega.
