I think that was to position where he wanted the bracket and eventually off camera tighten things up.

That relay, does it have to be drilled down to a grounded metal piece or can it be zipped tied from anywhere from that loop? Not sure if that loop is meant to be grounded..?

You can zip tie it up or drill it down.

The Honda Talon requires 2" clamps.
