What’s your secret though to having so many babies? Mine have had 2 babies and that’s it so far. Do they like it exactly at 79 to get especially frisky or something?

That is right .. sometimes the mother herself eat it's fries... So keep pregnent fish in a separate tank..

I just started my aqua tank earlier today and noticed tonight that fries were hatched from a possible preggy Molly. Wow! They surprised us.

It's not unusual. A Molly can pop out up to 100 fry in one pregnancy, so they can be squished, break the spine, or somehow not survive birth.
