Well I had to read "All Quiet on the Western Front" by Erich Maria Remarque, when I was a kid... here in Sweden. It taught me something and that was when we learned about ww 1 so def we learn about it. At least where I went to school. I remember I thought that book was good! I want to read it again, I can recommend it.

I feel so much better knowing that it is not just Americans who aren't taught about WW1. It sucks that it's ignored, but at least it's not just us.
