Even 35Lacs is a good amount..you should ask what is the sand to cement ratio for wall and ceiling...the alignment of cupboard is not ok..are these termite proof etc etc.

35 lac is indeed cheap for this kind of house. BUT, I feel suffocated by just watching the video. Ceilings are waaay too high and the 'washing machine' area was just so weird. I do like the part where he tried to let the sunlight come in by opening the middle. They could do much better for this kind of plot! For me that's a NO, I'm almost having claustrophobia attack.

Budget house main ab kuch budget hi hai. Poor design. Drawing dining should be one so as to give more spacious look. Roof should be max 10 ft for air conditioning efficiency. No proper windows. Natural light in house very less!
