Thank you for the tutorial - In my case, after I upgraded the xTool, the ICONS on the display changed and all the Titles were gone - Is there a way to reset the unit to factory default?
@@JLsAutoSolution Thank you - Also, I noticed there was no USER Manual that describes how to connect it to the car; what end of the cable goes where, or when do to use the AC/DC adapter, and why there is an On/Off switch if the unit turns ON immediately when connected and OFF when disconnected? and if it was not for the pictures shown in Amazon, I would not know what connector is for what car type.... awaiting your reply, Thanks!
@@abeibrahim5846 I also upgraded and now the device doesn't work anymore. Even the OBD II doesn't work. I've been sending message to Xtools for three weeks now, and no reply. So now, I'm stuck with a device that is totally useless. I would like to find a website where there are reviews, on that device, and give them a bad review, maybe then they will move their asses to fix the problem.
sorry to hear that, I have used this tool on many vehicles with no issues, I would make sure that the model you have is made for the area/country you live in, also contact xtool they will be able to help. Thanks for watching
