If you run a 26 as a freshman in high school then it’s not for you. In the 200m outdoor as a freshman you need to be at 22.5-22.9 at least and girls 25-26 because by your senior year to be elite and get a scholarship you want to be at 20.9-21.7 outdoor and girls 23.2-23.9 to get a D1 scholarship Ive run and coached for years.
